Astraeus Analytics: From Data to Decision Intelligence

A strategy recommendation for a satellite-imagery company whose hardware-first model was burning cash (negative $45M in free cash flow in the case). Our team proposed a pivot to an AI-first SaaS platform that gives agricultural lenders and insurers audit-ready risk scores. The deck builds a bottom-up market size ($35B in creditworthy farm loans unlocked, about $1.3B in value-share revenue), a three-tier product and pricing model, a plan that cuts operating costs by $65M while reinvesting $37.7M, a four-phase go-to-market plan, and the key risks and competitors.

Team JJJAS, five members; placed 4th in the NYU Stern Professional Development and Consulting Case Competition. I presented the market sizing and product offering. 14 slides.

Investment Pitch · NYU Stern Blockchain and Fintech Club · October 2024

EIGEN: The Universal Intersubjective Token

A long thesis on EigenLayer’s EIGEN token, pitched weeks after its October 2024 launch. It explains restaking, data availability and EigenLayer’s intersubjective staking and token-forking design, then covers tokenomics (actual float versus reported supply, and the September 2025 unlock), a comparison with Lido, Rocket Pool and StakeWise, the founding team, $164.5M in venture funding, and the main risks: slashing, centralization and yield competition. Recommendation: a 4 ETH position over two months with an expected return of about 37%.

Co-presented with Steve Yi. 23 slides.

Investment Pitch · NYU Stern Blockchain and Fintech Club · November 2024

$GRASS: Monetizing Unused Bandwidth for AI Data

A long thesis on Grass, a Solana-based network that rewards users for sharing unused internet bandwidth and sells the resulting web data for AI training. It covers the AI and crypto market backdrop, the business model and two-sided network effect, the roadmap and funding, token allocation and float (69M tokens actually circulating versus 244M reported), a comparison with FET, TAO and RENDER, sentiment data, and risks from data-privacy rules to token unlocks. Recommendation: a 6 ETH position over two months with an expected return of 30% to 51%.

Co-presented with Steve Yi. 23 slides.

DOT: A Campus Social App

A concept pitch for a social app that helps college students share genuine experiences and discover what is happening around them. Students post photo-based Notes and anonymous live Dots that people nearby can see. The deck covers the vision and mission, the product, the NYU target market (more than 50,000 students), competitors such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and Pinterest, and a revenue model built on native ads, local business partnerships and future live-stream e-commerce.

With Nicole Stallings and Bryan Wen. Excerpt, 7 slides.

Egypt: Canopic Jars Across the Kingdoms

A visual analysis of four ancient Egyptian canopic jars, the vessels that held a mummy’s organs, from the Old, Middle and New Kingdoms: those of the official Perneb, Princess Sithathoryunet, a queen of the Amarna period, and Tetinakht. It shows how lids evolved from plain disks to portrait heads to animal heads, and how materials, inscriptions and proportions changed, drawing on sources from The Metropolitan Museum of Art and JSTOR.

Individual project. 9 slides.
